Warranty and Repair
Spy provides a one year warranty on manufacturer’s defect from the date of purchase. Spy will replace any current style which is deemed to possess a manufacturer’s defect. Scratched lenses as a result of normal use are not covered by this warranty.
Spy does however offer a replacement service for items not covered under warranty.
For warranty or replacement service, please follow these easy steps:
1. Call Spy at either 800.779.3937 or 760.804.8420 to first acquire a return authorization number (R.A.#) and an address to send your product. Warranty requests can be placed online as well at
http://warranty.spyoptic.com where instructions will be given via e-mail.
2. Your Spy customer service professional will supply you with instructions for the nearest Spy warranty center to send your eyewear. Do not send your package to the postal box on the reverse side of this card.
3. Your R.A.# expires after 30 days from the date it was given to you by customer service, so please be sure to send your defective glasses in as soon as possible.
4. Send your Spy sunglasses with the following information inside the package:
• A copy of your receipt dated within one year from an authorized Spy dealer. Spy does not warranty products purchased from unauthorized Spy dealers, or replace counterfeit or non-authentic items, i.e. “Fakes.” (Example: ebay, swap meets, street vendors or craigslist)
• If you do not have your receipt we can replace your frame for a nominal processing fee.
• Write the R.A.# on the outside of the package. Packages received by Spy with no R.A.# visible will be refused and returned to sender. Spy strongly recommends that you send your package via a carrier providing with a shipping number (UPS or FED-EX) as we are only responsible for what we receive.
*Please package the glasses in a box with adequate padding material to protect against movement and impact during shipping. Damages incurred due to improper
packing or shipping mishaps are not under obligation to be fixed by Spy Optic.
Lenses
We do not recommend changing sunglass lenses. Scratched lenses as a result of normal use are not covered under warranty. Spy does however offer a replacement service for items not covered under warranty.
If you have scratched lenses in your Spy frames, the entire sunglass (of equal or lesser value) can be replaced at a discounted rate. Please call 800.779.3937 or 760.804.8420 and ask for the warranty department to find out about your options.
No returns or exchanges are available on replacement products. All orders are final.
